Greetings; I am the sole person running this shop! I make everything myself, source materials, process orders, send e-mails and newsletters, write blog posts, do the bookkeeping, and run social media accounts. I ask that you carefully consider your purchases (but please, ask me any questions about any item you’re thinking of purchasing!). With that said, sometimes things happen and one needs to return an item for refund.
Please contact me within two days of receiving the item if you’d like to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include a copy of payment receipt. An item being returned must be sent back within seven days of receiving the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your item, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
